What happens if the internet goes down during a service?
Our hybrid solutions combine a primary connection with a bonded 5G/LTE failover. If the primary line drops, the failover activates automatically within seconds, keeping your live stream, card payments and delegate apps online without any manual intervention.
Can you install internet in a rural church with no fibre nearby?
Yes. Bonded 5G/LTE works wherever there is mobile signal, and we can bond connections from multiple networks simultaneously to maximise speed and resilience. For very remote locations with no mobile signal, we can also deploy LEO satellite connectivity.
How long does installation take?
A standard bonded 5G/LTE installation can be completed within 48 hours of order. Leased line installations typically take 30 to 90 days depending on location. Mesh WiFi installation is usually completed in a single day once the internet connection is live.
