Why the right technology matters

Traditional telecoms providers sell you a line and leave you to it. If that line fails, your site goes offline. At Click Telecom, we take a different approach.

We design hybrid internet solutions that combine multiple technologies into a single, resilient connection. Whether you are running a construction site in a remote valley, a festival in a field, or a hotel that cannot afford downtime, we deploy the exact mix of technology required to guarantee uptime.

  • Hardware agnostic: we use the best technology for the environment
  • Bonded resilience: multiple connections merged into one
  • Fully managed: we monitor the hardware 24/7 so you do not have to
  • Rapid deployment: live in as little as 48 hours

Why choose Click Telecom?

Hardware agnostic

We are not tied to a single vendor or technology. We select the best hardware for your specific environment, whether that is Peplink, Cradlepoint, Ubiquiti or bespoke radio equipment.

Hybrid by design

Every solution we build combines multiple connection types for resilience. If one path fails, traffic automatically routes over the backup with zero downtime.

48-hour deployment

Most solutions are live within 48 hours of your enquiry. No waiting weeks for Openreach appointments or fibre digs.

24/7 NOC monitoring

Our network operations centre monitors every connection around the clock. We detect and resolve issues proactively, often before you notice them.

UK-wide coverage

We deploy anywhere in the UK, from central London offices to remote Scottish highlands. If there is a challenge, we find a technology that solves it.

Flexible contracts

No long-term lock-in. We offer monthly rolling contracts for temporary sites and flexible terms for permanent installations.

Connectivity technology: frequently asked questions

What technology do you use for temporary internet?
For temporary sites we typically deploy bonded 5G as the primary connection, often combined with LEO satellite or a point-to-point wireless link for redundancy. The exact technology mix depends on your location, required bandwidth and how long the site will be active.
How do you choose which technology to use?
We start with a site assessment that considers your location, available infrastructure, required bandwidth, latency requirements and budget. We then design a solution using the optimal combination of technologies. We are hardware agnostic, so we always select what works best rather than what we happen to sell.
Can you combine multiple technologies?
Yes. This is our core approach. We use hybrid bonding routers that combine multiple connection types (5G, 4G, satellite, fibre, wireless) into a single resilient connection. If one path fails, traffic automatically routes over the remaining paths with no interruption.
How quickly can you deploy?
Most solutions are live within 48 hours. Bonded 5G and LEO satellite can be deployed same-day in urgent situations. Line of sight wireless links typically take 48 hours after the path survey. Only fibre leased lines take longer (30 to 60 days) due to infrastructure requirements.
Do you provide managed support after installation?
Yes. Every solution includes 24/7 monitoring from our network operations centre. We detect faults proactively, push firmware updates remotely, and provide first-line support. You get a dedicated account manager and guaranteed response times.
What areas do you cover?
We deploy UK-wide. Our bonded 5G and satellite solutions work anywhere with cellular or sky coverage. Line of sight links require a path survey but can reach locations up to 30km from a connected site. We have deployed in every region of the UK, from central London to the Scottish Highlands.
What speeds can you achieve?
Speeds range from 50Mbps (basic bonded 4G) up to 10Gbps (line of sight or fibre). Most deployments deliver between 100Mbps and 1Gbps. The achievable speed depends on the technology used and your location. We always provide realistic speed expectations before installation.
